曝光
其實有很多非專業的方式進行日落拍攝，不過要訣是必須要將相機調至點測光模式(請謹記是點測光模式)！方法是先將相機對準日落陽光(或是天空最光的一個部份)，再將EV值減1 1/2至2進行測光，然後用曝光鎖鎖定曝光資料，然後再重新構圖、按下快門完成整個拍攝動作。
第二個方法跟第一個一樣，不過這次只要利用點測光移至陽光的邊緣位置。通常太陽在這時仍然是顯現白色或金黃的色調。對準太陽的橙色邊緣後，再按曝光鎖鎖定、然後再重新構圖及按下快門，又一幅美景被攝入鏡頭內。

器材
- 三腳架：以確保在低光源之下仍能拍到美景
- 快門線：盡量避開所有可以令機身搖晃的動作
其他要點
- 自動對焦：通常拍攝一些極端的環境、或光差很大的情況，相機內的自動對焦也會失效。遇上此情況時，便需改以手動及對無限遠對焦，以確保拍攝出來的照片美麗且清晰
- 環顧四週情況：是的，捕捉日落景色足已花去了攝影者很多的時間及精神；不過留意日落時身邊的變化也可以成為精彩的攝題之一；例如身邊的東西也染滿了日落的金黃色、地下的身影變得極長、日落的光映照到身邊朋友的臉上和器材上等等……也是絕佳的攝影素材。

CANON 1000D好像沒有曝光鎖功能,
咁我用M-MODE,應該對邊曝光,測光呢??
Canon... 果粒*唔係AE-L咩?
我係用D60....
唔係好識曝光鎖...
可以幫幫我嗎?!

Canon 機是否無?
Yes of course. It is called Auto Exposure Lock or you may press the button "*". This feature exists is a basic feature in almost all models of DSLR as well as some prosumer model of DC.

其實係唔係一路半按快門制去鎖定曝光??, 因為我用無線快門的, 咁我可以點樣鎖定曝光
若是單靠半按快門制大部分機都只是鎖定對焦 "AF-L" (Auto Focus Lock)，若是要曝光鎖定就必須要用到 "AE-L"（Auto Exposure Lock) 這個功能先得。

Yes, but it is not a DSLR, therefore if will not be possible for you to try other lens. Also, if you plan to use this camera for a long time, probably keeping with either Canon or Nikon is better because they are the most popular brands and have the most complete range of accessories for users to experiment and play with.

我今日第一次拍攝日落時, 有個奇怪問題~

第二張, 我將白平衡設定為日光~ 第二張係比較接近我對眼看到嘅顏色~
其實拍攝日落時, 是不是應該將白平衡設定為日光 5,500 °K 或 黎明、黃昏 2,000 ~ 3,000 °K?

Personally, I don't really think there is a right or wrong white balance setting when it comes to sunset. Because sometimes in a sunset shot, you want to capture some of the beautiful colors that your bare eyes might not be able to see and therefore, playing around with the sunset may sometimes play a big role in pulling out those hidden colors.
For example, in your first photo, there is clearly a blue shade and an orange shade, but in your second photo, there's only a single shade of orange. Although you might say the second photo is closer to reality, but personally, I like the first photo more as it is more rich in color instead of just orange, it also has some nice deep blue shades too.
These are just my own opinion, I hope they are helpful you.
Just keep in mind, the higher you set your camera's color temperature, the more orange you will see. Vice versa, the lower you set your camera's color temperature, the more blue you will see. So for sunset photos, it's always a good idea to spend some time to play around with the white balance settings, sometimes you can get some suprising results!
Also, becareful not to over expose the sky, because all colors will become plain white when over exposed. If you have some knowledge on post processing (e.g. Photoshop) sometimes it's a good idea to under expose your sunset photographs a little bit to make sure your sensor is able to capture all the colors in the scene. Then use post processing (e.g. playing with the curves/levels) to bring out some of the colors that our eyes might not see.

如果要用腳架，測光->AE lock->再重新構圖，難度應該幾高....
『天朗氣清的日子反而不適合拍攝日落』
我想作者大概是指萬里無雲的狀況吧........如果天朗氣清都唔去影日落 唔通我要等多雲先去影????
其實我覺得日落測光並唔一定要用點測光 一般入門級的DSLR和DC都無點測光 頂多只有CENTRE-WEIGHTED (中心點23-30%) 甚至乎係智能多區式測光
如果係呢類型既機影日落最大的問題係過光的太陽光會干擾測光 其中技法係先將鏡頭移離太陽 在太陽剛消失於LCD的地方定下半按快門鎖定測光數值 再移回原來的構圖拍照 咁樣就可以減低太陽光既干擾 呢個方法大家影日落時不妨試試
